Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days to process

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method. Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Expendables & Supplies (opened or used consumables)
  • Gore Collection items (due to their specialized nature)
  • Used Breakaway Props (for obvious safety reasons)
  • Opened Packages of breakaway glass, dishes, or bottles
  • Custom or Special Order Items

These restrictions help us maintain the highest safety standards for our entire creative community.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
